The Junior Data Scientist role is an entry-level position within ClinicMind’s Data Science team. You will play a key role in analyzing data, creating visual insights, and supporting scalable analytics solutions using Amazon QuickSight and Amazon Redshift.

You will work closely with senior data scientists, operations, product, and engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Data Scientist at ClinicMind, your responsibilities will include:
Data Management & Preparation

Extracting, cleaning, and managing datasets within Amazon Redshift and related AWS data sources

Ensuring high standards of data quality, consistency, and completeness

Supporting scalable data workflows for downstream analytics and reporting
Visualization & Reporting

Building and maintaining Amazon QuickSight dashboards to track KPIs, trends, and performance metrics

Automating recurring reporting workflows

Improving dashboard usability and interactivity for business users
Data Analysis & Insights

Conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and trends

Supporting business teams with ad-hoc data analysis requests

🧠 Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
