🎯 Role Overview

The Associate Data Engineer will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful information such as reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support strategic business decisions.

This role requires managing technical project scopes, analyzing complex datasets, automating processes, and developing predictive insights. You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data interpretation and timely delivery of analytics solutions.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Managing Technical Scope & Data Processes

As part of the data engineering function, you will:

• Gather and interpret data from warehouses, databases, and integration systems

• Identify trends and patterns to generate business insights

• Develop and maintain record management processes and policies

• Build strong relationships with clients to understand business requirements

• Provide sales insights, performance reviews, and data-driven proposals

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate processes

• Set up and maintain automated data pipelines

• Implement external tools for data validation and cleansing

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)

2️⃣ Data Analysis & Reporting

You will also:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand data content

• Design surveys and analyze results based on client requirements

• Interpret complex datasets and prepare reports using analytics tools

• Create dashboards, graphs, and interactive visualizations

• Perform competitor benchmarking and sector analysis

• Mine large datasets to derive valid inferences

• Develop predictive models and present insights to management
