🎯 About the Role
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that software products meet defined quality standards before release. You will work closely with development, product, and QA teams to design, execute, and maintain automated and manual tests across multiple platforms.
This role involves building scalable automation frameworks, validating functional and non-functional requirements, and actively participating in design and review discussions to improve testability and product quality from early stages of development.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Setting up, configuring, and maintaining test automation environments and frameworks

Designing and developing reusable, modular, and extensible automation scripts

Creating and executing automated performance and regression test scripts

Preparing accurate testing estimates, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery

Identifying, logging, and tracking defects with clear documentation and impact analysis

Participating in design and requirement review meetings to provide testing insights

Building and maintaining a comprehensive automation test library for requirement and regression coverage

Writing, reviewing, and validating test plans, test cases, and test procedures

Performing functional, regression, integration, and system testing on new or enhanced features

Supporting release validation and ensuring adherence to quality standards

Participating in an on-call rotation when required, including support outside regular business hours

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in automated test script development and execution

At least 1 year of experience writing and executing manual test cases and test plans
