🎯 About the Role: Associate Analyst – VAS
As an Associate Analyst – Valuations & Appraisals, you will support valuation consulting services by collecting, organizing, and analyzing commercial real estate data. Reporting directly to the Manager, this role provides hands-on exposure to asset underwriting, financial analysis, cash flow modeling, Argus Enterprise, and real estate data analytics.
The position is designed to help you develop both technical and analytical expertise while gaining real-world insight into valuation processes for commercial assets. You will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to high-quality valuation deliverables used by global clients.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting valuation and appraisal engagements through accurate data analysis and reporting. Key responsibilities include:

Managing the periodic setup of work files, ensuring source data is verified, reviewed, and organized accurately.
