🎯 About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial part in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive better customer experiences and operational efficiency. Your work will primarily revolve around NPS (Net Promoter Score) analytics, customer behavioral analysis, predictive modeling, and supporting internal teams with timely data-driven reports.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

📌 NPS Monitoring & Customer Insights – 40%

• Monitor daily NPS metrics and track shifts in customer sentiment.

• Maintain interactive NPS dashboards with updated performance indicators.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly NPS reports with trend comparisons.

• Validate, clean, and consolidate customer feedback data from multiple channels.

• Perform data sanity checks before loading into the Enterprise Data Warehouse.

• Identify drivers behind customer satisfaction and areas needing improvement.

• Conduct root-cause analysis for negative NPS dips and propose corrective actions.

📌 Data Analysis & Predictive Modeling – 30%

• Develop predictive capabilities around customer behavior and digital usage.

• Analyze digital conversion rates, visit-to-sale cycles, and customer funnel metrics.

• Track product purchases, repeat buying patterns, and loyalty indicators.

• Perform RFM (Recency-Frequency-Monetary) analysis across customer segments.

• Monitor participation levels across digital platforms and classify customer activity.

• Derive insights based on internal/external factors such as market movements or policy changes.

📌 Reporting & Analytics Support – 30%

• Support internal teams with data reports, MIS summaries, and demographic insights.

• Provide branch-level analytics for financial and non-financial transactions.

• Compile service interaction data to evaluate effectiveness and trends.

• Assist with unclaimed data analysis and additional reporting as required.

🧠 Required Skills & Experience
