As a Banking Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting account setup, maintenance, system configuration, and testing activities within Citco’s core banking platforms. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of financial operations.

You will work with T24 banking systems, assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), support product updates, and ensure accurate data management across customer and internal accounts.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct initial reviews and system input for new customer, Nostro, and internal accounts in T24 based on approved instructions

• Review and update static data, interest conditions, settlement instructions, and schedules for existing accounts

• Set up non-KYC customer records in T24 following internal requests

• Review and implement simple parameter change requests from business teams

• Support testing of enhanced parameter changes in the UAT environment before production release

• Assist with testing of existing product updates and newly designed banking products

• Complete and sign global compliance checklists

• Correct and amend system entries when errors are identified

• Process contact detail updates and confirm changes with business stakeholders

• Perform additional operational and compliance tasks as assigned by management

🎓 Educational & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related business field, OR

• 1–3 years of experience in financial operations, banking administration, or financial data roles
