🎯 About the Role: Information Security Analyst

As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, visibility, and compliance of Amdocs’ SaaS ecosystem. The role focuses on SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) operations, and user activity monitoring, using advanced Microsoft security solutions.

This position places you at the center of SaaS security governance, automation, and monitoring—helping protect critical enterprise applications and sensitive data across the organization.

🛠 What Will Your Job Look Like?

In this role, you will work across multiple layers of SaaS and cloud security. Your responsibilities include:

✅ SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM)

• Implement, manage, and optimize SSPM solutions to maintain strong security and compliance across SaaS platforms.

• Continuously assess configuration risks and misconfigurations in SaaS applications.

✅ User Activity Log Monitoring

• Monitor and analyze user activity logs across SaaS applications such as Microsoft O365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Salesforce, ServiceNow, and more.

• Identify suspicious behaviors, policy violations, and potential insider threats.

✅ CASB & Microsoft Security Tools

• Use Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps to enforce security policies, monitor cloud usage, and mitigate risky activities.

• Leverage Microsoft Defender XDR (USOP) and Microsoft Sentinel for threat detection, investigation, and response.

✅ Security Frameworks & Compliance

• Apply industry-recognized security frameworks such as NIST and CIS to ensure compliance and best practices.

✅ Automation & Scripting

• Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, and KQL to automate security monitoring, alerts, and remediation workflows.

✅ Cloud Security

• Strengthen SaaS and security controls in public cloud environments, with a strong preference for Microsoft Azure (AWS exposure is an added advantage).

✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with IS/IT and other cross-functional teams to embed security into SaaS operations and cloud workflows.

• Proven experience in SaaS security, including SSPM, CASB, and user activity monitoring

• Strong hands-on expertise with:

  • Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps

  • Microsoft Sentinel

  • Defender XDR (USOP)

  • SSPM tools

• Solid scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and KQL

• Strong understanding of public cloud security, preferably Azure (AWS is a plus)

• In-depth knowledge of SaaS platforms, especially O365 and Entra ID

• Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST and CIS

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
