🛠 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Corporate Salary Account Acquisition

  • Acquire new-to-bank corporate salary customers from targeted segments and catchment areas.

  • Ensure high-quality sourcing in alignment with bank policies, customer profile standards, and product guidelines.

  • Drive customer activation and funding within the first 90 days of account opening.

🔹 Customer Engagement & Onboarding

  • Promote and assist customers with Mobile Banking, Net Banking, FD/RD activation, and other key product features during onboarding.

  • Identify customer transaction banking needs and tailor product pitches accordingly.

  • Conduct periodic engagement activities, corporate desk sessions, and relationship-building interactions.

🔹 Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets, leveraging corporate tie-ups, references, and sales campaigns.

  • Generate leads for family accounts, insurance, loans, and cross-sell products.

🔹 Collaboration & Support

  • Assist Sales Manager in catchment mapping, scoping exercises, and opportunity analysis.

🔹 Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure 100% adherence to KYC norms, account opening guidelines, and internal policies.

  • Maintain documentation accuracy and ensure audit readiness at all times.

  • Proactively resolve customer queries and issues with professionalism.

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

Education

Minimum qualification:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management

Experience

0–2 years of relevant experience
