🎯 About the Role: Integration Support Technician

The Integration Support Technician is an entry-level yet impactful role responsible for supporting the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of system integrations between Clinisys products and customer environments. You will assist senior engineers in building integration routes, testing connectivity, documenting workflows, and ensuring smooth data exchange—primarily using HL7 standards and integration engines.

This role involves direct interaction with customers, project teams, and technical support units. You will learn to interpret design documents, support project implementation activities, and contribute to product improvements. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

📌 Project Support

  • Assist in understanding customer workflows and configuring Clinisys products under senior guidance.

  • Participate in on-call support on a scheduled and supervised basis.

  • Provide feedback to senior engineers regarding potential enhancements based on customer interactions.
