🎯 About the Role – Junior Engineer 

As a Junior Engineer – Component Engineering, you will play a critical role in supporting product development and manufacturing by managing electronic component data, validating technical attributes, and ensuring accurate documentation.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, your typical responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, reviewing, and validating technical attributes of electronic components

  • Verifying manufacturer part numbers and creating complete, orderable part records

  • Coordinating with sites and customers to identify alternate electronic components by comparing mandatory and specific technical parameters

  • Understanding customer and site requirements to develop standardized project templates

  • Ensuring projects comply with defined policies, procedures, and documentation standards

  • Maintaining high levels of data accuracy across logs, reports, and technical documents

  • Tracking product configurations and aligning manufacturing and customer requirements

  • Acting as an interface between program management, engineering, manufacturing, and materials teams to ensure all changes are properly documented

🎓 Educational Qualification

  • BE in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electronics

💼 Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing setup

  • Prior exposure to the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry is preferred but not mandatory

💻 Technical & Professional Skills

  • Basic to sound knowledge of electronics and technical subjects

  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook

  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
