🎯 About the Role

As an Associate Quality Analyst, your primary mission will be to ensure the highest level of quality compliance across supplier and internal manufacturing records. You will support engineering and project requirements by performing detailed quality checks and ensuring all documentation, testing methods, and technical specifications meet defined standards.

This role is structured to help early-career engineers gain exposure to quality assurance systems, SAP-based workflows, supplier coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, all while working under guidance and within established quality frameworks.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a combination of essential and supportive quality functions, including:

• Performing quality checks on supplier and internal manufacturing records to authorize shipment of parts in alignment with engineering and project requirements

• Identifying discrepancies or inconsistencies in technical specifications, drawings, testing methods, and manufacturing documentation

• Communicating non-conformance findings to internal and external stakeholders and recording them accurately in SAP and Intelex systems

• Driving the creation, coordination, and closure of supplier and internal non-conformance reports (NCRs)

• Working closely with subject matter experts, project teams, and clients to obtain supplier pre-manufacturing record approvals through tools like eSMDR and SAP

• Creating, modifying, uploading, and downloading quality notifications and documents using SAP/ECM and database systems

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Supplier Quality, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently

Additionally, you may:

• Support the identification of engineering requirement gaps or errors

• Participate in process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives

• Assist in improvement projects and Non-Review Board (NRB) meetings

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

🧪 Experience

• 0–2 years of professional experience, making this role suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals

🔧 Technical & Functional Skills

• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings and project requirements

• Capability to review and understand supplier and internal manufacturing records

• Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control (inspection) processes
