🎯 About the Role

As a Data & Analytics Intern, you will join Stryker’s Information Systems team and support data-driven initiatives that enable smarter business decisions across the organization. This role focuses on data engineering, analytics, and visualization, providing practical exposure to modern tools such as Databricks, Power BI, SQL, and cloud platforms.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Supporting data integration and transformation activities using Databricks with PySpark and SQL.

• Helping design and develop Power BI dashboards that support cross-divisional analytics and informed decision-making.

• Writing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL queries and data pipelines to improve performance and scalability.

• Supporting the creation and maintenance of data documentation such as data dictionaries, process flows, and metadata tracking.

Educational Background
