The Services Operations Specialist, PS Ops role is part of FactSet’s Portfolio Services function, which supports and standardizes complex workflows related to client proprietary data integration within FactSet’s Portfolio Analytics suite.
In this position, you will act as a Process Coordinator, overseeing the end-to-end operational lifecycle of client workflows—from data ingestion and processing to reporting and issue resolution.
