🎯 About the Role

The Services Operations Specialist, PS Ops role is part of FactSet’s Portfolio Services function, which supports and standardizes complex workflows related to client proprietary data integration within FactSet’s Portfolio Analytics suite.

In this position, you will act as a Process Coordinator, overseeing the end-to-end operational lifecycle of client workflows—from data ingestion and processing to reporting and issue resolution. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and implementation specialists to ensure system integrity, accuracy, and reliability.

This is a predominantly operations-focused role, but one that benefits greatly from technical awareness and a foundational understanding of finance, ETL workflows, and enterprise systems.

• Creating, maintaining, and following support documentation for automated and mission-critical workflows
