🛠 Key Responsibilities

✔ Design and implement configuration management pipelines using Chef or SaltStack
✔ Manage and scale multiple Kubernetes (k8s) clusters, ensuring performance, reliability, and observability
✔ Create, optimize, and maintain CI pipelines with Jenkins
✔ Design and automate CD processes using ArgoCD or Spinnaker
✔ Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform for provisioning and resource management
✔ Automate developer workflows to reduce manual effort and maximize productivity
✔ Assist in debugging infrastructure issues, collaborating closely with developers
✔ Build utilities and internal tools using Python and Django
✔ Maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging ecosystems (e.g., Prometheus)
✔ Ensure best practices across CI/CD, security, version control, and cloud automation

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of DevOps concepts, automation, and cloud-native architecture

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and deployment patterns

• Proficiency with Chef / SaltStack for configuration management

• Expertise in Terraform for IaC

• Strong programming experience in Python, preferably with Django

• Ability to write shell scripts (Bash or Python) for task automation

• Experience working with Unix/Linux or BSD systems
