🎯 About the Role

As a Jr. Business Systems Analyst, you will support Zapier’s internal Support Operations by maintaining systems, improving workflows, and enabling automation. You will ensure that internal teams have reliable, efficient, and scalable tools to deliver a world-class customer experience.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

1️⃣ System Ownership & Administration

• Manage internal support tools, system settings, and configurations.

• Run Zapier’s Concierge Support Program, ensuring accurate and fast internal assistance.

• Perform quarterly system audits focused on performance, adherence, and data quality.

• Improve reliability and scalability of internal systems used by support teams.

2️⃣ Automation + AI-Driven Workflows

• Identify opportunities to remove manual tasks through automation.

• Build internal workflows using Zapier’s automation tools.

• Introduce AI-based features such as intelligent routing and automated assistance.

• Support adoption of new AI-driven support systems and features.

3️⃣ Process Documentation & Optimization

• Create clear documentation for tools, workflows, and best practices.

• Work with Technical Program Managers to scope new initiatives.

• Suggest improvements to reduce friction and streamline operations.

• Contribute to shaping Zapier’s technical support operations roadmap.

4️⃣ Data & Reporting Support

• Compile data and generate operational performance reports.

• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities from system data.

• Help leaders understand system health and support efficiency through dashboards.

• Support analytics across Support, Engineering, and Operations.

📌 Experience

• Experience in technical support, system administration, business operations, or related roles.
