As an Associate Business Analyst (Data & Reporting Business Analyst I), you will support the Rewards Product Delivery team by driving automation, reporting, and data solutions. You will work closely with both business and technology stakeholders, translating complex data into insights that improve operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and ensure audit-ready reporting. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of data and analytics activities, including:

Automating data workflows and reporting processes using Alteryx and SQL to reduce manual effort

Designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines for data integration and migration

Structuring and modeling relational databases to support analytics and reporting needs

Collaborating with business and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable data solutions

Building and maintaining dashboards and reports using Tableau and Excel

Analyzing business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement

Implementing and monitoring data quality controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
