  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues in Marketo’s marketing automation platform.

  • Act as a customer advocate within Marketo and Adobe to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrate strong functional and technical knowledge of the Marketo technology stack.

  • Maintain accurate records and case notes using internal tracking systems.

  • Share best practices, update knowledge base articles, and help uplift support quality across the team.

  • Support global customers through participation in a 24×7 support model.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product teams, and leadership when resolving customer issues.

🧠 What They’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • A technical graduate (B.Tech/B.E./similar).

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical support or troubleshooting enterprise software.

  • Experience supporting technologies like Marketing Automation, CRM, PRM, SFA, or other SaaS platforms.

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following:

    • SQL / Database technologies

    • Web tech: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, PHP

    • Networking: TCP/IP, DNS

Preferred Skills:

  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
