🎯 About the Role — Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology developers. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, design improvements, prepare business artefacts, and support product rollout and adoption across the organization.

This role requires excellent analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple global teams.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation

  • Capture business needs from stakeholders and convert them into clear user stories, functional specifications, and business artefacts.

  • Develop As-Is and To-Be processes using GPS (Global Process Structure).

  • Ensure all requirements are documented with proper acceptance criteria and linked to relevant processes.

2. Process Mapping & KPI Alignment

  • Map business requirements to product and process KPIs.

  • Ensure measurement systems exist to track KPIs; coordinate with development teams to design new measurements where required.

  • Analyze data captured from KPIs and propose improvements in collaboration with Product Managers.

3. Solution Design & Product Development Support

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure user stories are well understood.

  • Provide input during solution design and validate alignment with business expectations.

  • Assist in the rollout of newly developed digital products.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Workshops

  • Organize and facilitate workshops with global stakeholders for requirement gathering.

  • Support alignment between multiple business units and reconcile conflicting needs.

5. Testing, Training & Go-Live Support

  • Prepare and run User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Conduct training sessions post-UAT to onboard users to the new product or process.

  • Provide post-go-live support, collect feedback, and create improvement-focused user stories.

6. Additional Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on current technology trends and digital transformation practices.

  • Step in for the Product Manager, Head of Product, or Scrum Master when required.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong ability to understand and integrate multiple systems.

  • Experience in writing functional specs, user stories, and business documentation.

  • Ability to analyze processes and identify gaps or improvement opportunities.

  • Understanding of data measurement, KPIs, and dashboards.

  • Hands-on experience in conducting UAT and training sessions.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
