As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the technical sales process. You’ll help the Sales and Solutions Consulting teams bring Gainsight to life by building world-class demos, proof-of-concept (POC) environments, and customized product experiences for potential clients.

⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing

You will own and support the creation of robust demo experiences that showcase Gainsight’s full product capabilities.

🔧 Core Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain Demo and Proof-of-Concept (POC) environments for Sales and Solution Consulting teams.

• Act as an internal Gainsight Admin across multiple products:
  CS, PX, CC, SJ, ST

• Ensure all demo environments stay updated with new product releases and features.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to integrate latest updates.

• Analyze customer needs and design demo solutions aligned with business use cases.

• Customize Gainsight configurations to match unique client requirements.

• Use technical skills to build out-of-the-box integrations and create compelling demo scenarios.

• Support technical sales motions by demonstrating clear product value.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• 0.6 – 2 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or similar roles

• Experience with CRM platforms and data integrations:
  Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and other SaaS tools

• Strong technical skills in:
  JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL

• Solid command of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word

• Ability to work with enterprise customers across multiple geographies

• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative abilities

• Passion for learning Gainsight’s product suite

• B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent degree

• Gainsight certification or previous Gainsight experience

• Experience in SaaS configuration or presales demos

• Exposure to complex data integration pipelines
