🎯 About the Role – Junior Engineer – Component Engineering
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers who want to work on electronic component management, validation, and coordination across global manufacturing operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in component engineering, data accuracy, and process compliance in a manufacturing environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and maintain technical attributes of electronic components

Validate manufacturer part numbers and create complete orderable parts

Coordinate with sites/customers to identify alternate components based on technical specifications

Understand site/customer requirements and develop project templates
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across projects

Maintain accurate documentation including logs, reports, and distribution records

Manage product configuration and manufacturing/customer requirements
-
Serve as the interface between program management, engineering, manufacturing, and materials teams to document and communicate changes

Support continuous improvement initiatives in component management processes
🎓 Required Qualifications (Minimum)

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, EEE, or Electronics

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills

Good written and oral communication skills

Positive attitude and readiness to work night shifts

Prior internship or project experience in component engineering or manufacturing

Familiarity with EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry processes
