In this role, you will work as part of NTT DATA’s global Cyber Defense Centre (CDC), supporting 24/7 operations. You’ll assist in security monitoring, SIEM analysis, threat detection, incident response, and reporting for enterprise clients. This is an entry-level SOC position with guidance from senior security analysts.
⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing

Monitoring and analyzing security alerts across multiple platforms

Supporting incident detection, investigation, and response

Working with SIEM tools to tune rules, improve detection logic, and analyze logs

Participating in malware analysis, attack investigations, and basic forensics

Performing health checks, security assessments, and proactive monitoring
-
Documenting procedures, runbooks, best practices, and security recommendations
-
Collaborating with global teams and client stakeholders to improve security posture

Following ITIL and SOC processes to ensure consistent service delivery

Supporting multiple security controls including Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, SOAR, Proxy, etc.
