💼 About the Role
As a Technical Analyst (Support), you will be responsible for resolving customer issues, managing support requests, and ensuring a seamless experience for Relatient clients. This hybrid role requires working three days a week from the office in Amar Tech Park, supporting customers through phone, email, and support cases.
Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users, escalating cases, and maintaining high customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:

Enhance the overall client experience for Relatient users.

Troubleshoot product issues and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and support tickets.

Submit, assign, and manage support cases to the correct departments.

Monitor the support portal and keep clients updated on case status.

Correctly prioritize client requests based on urgency.

Provide solutions when issues stem from user errors or lack of knowledge.

Manage high call volumes and support tickets efficiently using available tech tools.

Coordinate with team leads to ensure excellent customer service delivery.

Maintain accurate call/email records in the support portal.
