💼 About the Role: Project Engineer
As an Early Career Project Engineer, you will work within the Design Engineering and Projects team to deliver Pre-FEED designs for capital projects in Chevron oil and gas facilities. You will collaborate with multi-discipline teams to execute design packages and leverage digital tools to enhance project execution.
This is a hands-on, on-site role in Bengaluru, providing exposure to both engineering design and operational aspects of energy projects.

Project Engineering & Execution

Deliver engineering quality while meeting cost and schedule targets

Provide guidance to multi-discipline teams for Pre-FEED scopes

Support the development of manufacturing and facilities design work processes

Apply systems engineering approaches for functional designs
Digital & Design Tools

Utilize digital design tools and software to optimize design solutions

Leverage standard designs, initiatives, and Minimum Functional Objectives

Support Agile and Operations Science (PPM) methodologies
Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with team leads and senior engineers

Contribute to project planning, design reviews, and problem-solving

Interface with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project goals
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, or related engineering fields from a recognized university (AICTE approved)

Experience: 2 years in engineering execution or consulting within offshore, complex, or LNG facilities

Technical Skills:

Engineering facilities design: Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Startup, Operations

Strong understanding of system interfaces, systems engineering, and project execution

Operations and facility commissioning/startup experience
