💼 About the Role
The Data QA Associate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, cleanliness, and accuracy of data powering YipitData’s rapidly growing e-commerce insights product. You’ll collaborate with engineering and data teams across the U.S. and China, working primarily through the company’s proprietary software to transform raw receipt data into actionable business intelligence.
This fully remote role offers autonomy, global exposure, and the opportunity to take ownership of high-impact tasks. Exceptional performers may also grow into leadership roles managing other Data QA Specialists.
⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing
As a Data QA Associate, you will:

Extract, label, and clean data from email panels or AI-generated datasets with high accuracy.

Analyze and monitor data trends across merchants and vendors.

Categorize emails, identify patterns, and ensure data consistency.

Investigate anomalies like spikes or drops in merchant/vendor data.

Collaborate with U.S. and China teams to maintain data quality.
