💼 About the Role

As an Automation Developer, you will own the full lifecycle of automation solutions — from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and optimization.

You’ll create high-value automations that simplify HR services, eliminate manual work, and enhance employee interactions across multiple touchpoints.

You will play a vital role in shaping automation standards, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to reusable automation frameworks within the team.

🔹 End-to-End Automation Delivery

  • Lead the full lifecycle of automation projects

  • Design workflows, architect robot logic, and implement end-to-end solutions

  • Validate business cases and ensure measurable ROI

🔹 Collaboration & Problem-Solving

  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
