About the Role
As a GSO Quality Assurance Analyst, you will conduct quality checks on client and transaction screening activities. You will collaborate with partners across risk, audit, compliance, and operations functions while presenting insights and driving improvements in screening processes.
This position offers deep exposure into international payment operations, sanctions screening, global risk management, and audit readiness.
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

Perform quality checks on client list & transaction screening samples

Work with GSO QAP partners to support the Quality Assurance program

Ensure reviews meet required timelines and performance standards

Manage multiple screening functions to meet weekly targets
-
Prepare data reports, scripts, and presentations for stakeholders
-
Document new procedures and continuously update workflows
-
Identify knowledge gaps and support team learning
-
Drive a culture of performance and operational excellence
-
Contribute to risk mitigation and internal control improvements
-
Recommend process enhancements and efficiency opportunities
-
Support audit readiness and maintain critical documentation

Required Qualifications

Hands-on exposure to Client List Screening (CLS) or Sanctions Screening

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
