💼 About the Role

The Associate – Operations (FIN – Global Internal Tax Group) role is a finance-operations support position where you will assist in managing internal tax processes, financial data, documentation, and compliance activities.

You will work closely with finance teams, internal auditors, and global stakeholders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and standardization across internal tax workflows.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to build expertise in operational finance, global tax compliance processes, and enterprise-level financial support functions.

⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing

As an Associate in the Global Internal Tax Group, your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting internal tax operations and compliance workflows

• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining tax-related documents and financial data

• Coordinating with global teams for timely submission of tax and finance reports

• Ensuring adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and quality frameworks

• Assisting in process documentation, updates, and improvements

Required Qualification

Experience

• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in finance, tax operations, or business support roles can apply.
